How it works

Four steps from button to take-off.

1

Pick a plan

The button carries your choice into the intake form. Company, project, location, bid date — two minutes.

2

Upload the set

Drawings, every addendum, the valve and packaged-equipment specs, your quote template — straight into a private folder only we can see.

3

We invoice you

Within one business day you get an invoice from Moss Partners Design through Chase, with an engagement letter. Subscriptions start with the first month, $1,500; after that, one invoice a month.

4

Bob goes to work

Work starts on the signed engagement letter. Your first take-off is in your inbox by 8 am Eastern the next business morning after the set is in.

Ways to pay
ACH bank transferPreferredPay the invoice straight from your bank. No fee, clears in a day or two.

Your own internal agent

Prefer to run it inside your walls?

We can apply our proprietary training cycle to build an internal take-off agent for your company — your data, your servers, trained for your product lines and territory, with the same engineer-review loop.

Every one of these is different, so it is scoped and priced after a discovery conversation, not from a rate card. Subscribers get first priority on scheduling.

Terms. Prices effective 27 August 2026 and subject to change with 30 days’ notice to subscribers. A standard take-off is a water/wastewater drawing set of up to 400 sheets with its addenda, specifications and packaged-equipment scope; larger or unusual sets are quoted on receipt. Standard turnaround applies to sets received by 6 pm Pacific on a business day. Invoices are issued by Moss Partners Design through Chase; ACH and check are preferred, card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee. Work starts once the engagement letter is signed and, for single take-offs and rushes, the fee is received. A take-off supports vendor quoting; it is not a sealed engineering deliverable and does not replace the bidder’s own verification against the contract documents. Proprietary method; patent application in preparation.
